Villa Marianna is a recently renovated, three-level private villa nestled on the hillside between Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. Its elevated position offers panoramic views over Mirabello Bay, with welcoming spaces inside and out for relaxing together.
With approximately 290 square metres of interior space, five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the villa balances peaceful corners with generous shared living areas. Morning coffee on the balcony, long afternoons beside the pool and relaxed meals outdoors are all part of the experience.
Inside the villa
The main floor welcomes you with a comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a balcony with sweeping views. There is also a guest WC. Upstairs, two double bedrooms have their own en-suite shower bathrooms and private access to the balcony.
On the lower level, a second living room with fireplace opens onto the pool terrace. Here you will find two additional bedrooms with flexible double or twin bed arrangements, a fifth single bedroom and a shared shower bathroom. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and everyday comforts make the space easy to enjoy.
Outside the villa
A private swimming pool, sun loungers, generous terraces and a BBQ dining space make it easy to spend the day outdoors. Pool heating is available on request at an additional charge, subject to confirmation. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor fitness area and children's playground, surrounded by views across Mirabello Bay. Agios Nikolaos and Elounda are just a short drive away.
